Managed the staff and processes for the loan processing and closing of FHA & VA streamline refinances and 125 home equity loans. This was a centralized processing and closing center for a national call center and a network of retail branches.

Manager of various data integrity and reconciliation projects involving the general ledger and loan servicing records. Served as contract oversight and technical advisor to contracting staff. Provided accounting reconciliation support for the asset management division.
