National Title, LLC provides title services and insurance to buyers, sellers, bankers, mortgage servicers, lenders, and investors. Dedicated to a proactive approach of attempting to avoid problems before they arise, we consult with our clients and act in a preventative manner. We believe in protecting our clients' investments and reducing the stress of a real estate transaction or related litigation. Our staff develop title solutions through a deliberate and collaborative method intended to optimize the results.
History
National Title took its current name in early 2009 but its roots began over thirty (30) years ago. In 1995 Robert J. Hopp graduated from the University of Denver, College of Law following a short but diverse career in engineering and business. Mr. Hopp practiced before the courts and in transactional matters building clientele and forming the focus of the practice today, a commercial law firm focused on resolution through excellence. During the growth of The Hopp Law Firm, senior attorneys were added to ensure that the practical, business oriented resolutions were backed with sound legal basis and years of experience. Over the years our real estate practice continued to expand and Mr. Hopp sought out a small title operation dedicated to high customer service and attention to detail with decades of title services and experience.
During 2008 the Company continued to grow servicing the rising number of defaults and foreclosures across the Rocky Mountains providing searching and title insurance services as well as traditional real estate escrow and closing services adding seasoned staff and with experience in leadership driving its roots deeper. Late in 2008 Claudia Smith joined the Company after leaving First American REO, lending nearly four decades of title, closing and mortgage industry experience to the team. This large title operation experience coupled with over 100 years of combined title experience in the law firm provides a tremendous resource for the Company's staff and clientele alike extending the history of the Company as it stands today. From the beginning, we have aspired to be the best and have passionately adhered to the guiding principles of excellence, service, dedication to our community and our families, and a willingness to take roads less traveled. With careful attention to our business and protection of our culture we have grown and now service clients throughout the Rocky Mountain Region applying the vast expertise of our attorneys and staff.
