NT is Expanding

With its continued growth this year National Title has found the need to expand.  Beginning today, renovations have begun on the new offices for NT.  The new offices will be located on the fourth floor of the Hopp Law Centre and will feature state of the art systems and closing facilities.  These new offices will allow for continued growth and enhanced services for our clients.  During construction the operations will remain in Suite 333.

Colorado Late Bill Concerning Mandatory Loss Mitigation

Today it is expected that a late Bill will be introduced in the Colorado Legislator proposing to mandate undefined loss mitigation efforts by the lender prior to foreclosure.  Although there may be merit underlying this effort, the late nature of the legislation and the impact on the judiciary and lending industry would be massive and should not be taken lightly.  The proposed requirements and procedures will have a fiscal impact and participation by all interested parties should be had before implementing more changes on the heels of the major foreclosure law reform last year.
