The 2007 session of the Colorado legislature is in full swing.  Robert J. Hopp is once again active in the session promoting legislative changes in the real estate and foreclosure statutes.  The anticipated changes this year include inclusion of an administrative set aside or rescission of a foreclosure sale under certain defined circumstances lessening the need to seek judicial action which typically causes delay and added expenses as well as reforming the release statutes to conform to those changes implemented through HB-1387 last year.
